Total Football Agency (TFA)
Brazil–Europe Bridge
About
Total Football Agency (TFA) is a long-running Brazilian–Dutch agency founded by Richard Mettes in 2005, specialising in building career paths from Brazil to European and Middle Eastern clubs. With offices in São Paulo and the Netherlands, TFA focuses on technically gifted players and increasingly on defenders and goalkeepers who can adapt to European football. The agency manages both senior professionals in first divisions (PSV, Al-Jazira, Radomiak Radom, Floriana) and a pipeline of U20/U23 talent at clubs such as Palmeiras, Corinthians, Botafogo and Grêmio Novorizontino. TFA differentiates itself through long-term development, close family relationships and strong use of video analysis and highlight production to position clients for international moves.
