AGN Football is a Porto Alegre –based agency specialising in discovering, developing and exporting South American talent. Co-managed by veteran intermediary Augusto Nogueira and former professional Matheus Assaf , the firm focuses on guiding players from academy to first team and then into stronger sporting and financial environments abroad.
