AGN Football is a Porto Alegre –based agency specialising in discovering, developing and exporting South American talent. Co-managed by veteran intermediary Augusto Nogueira and former professional Matheus Assaf , the firm focuses on guiding players from academy to first team and then into stronger sporting and financial environments abroad. AGN represents both senior professionals and a deep pool of elite U20 prospects, particularly in Brazil, Ecuador and Mexico, and differentiates itself through an in-house performance department and a large on-the-ground scout network across South America.
